In 2006 I accomplished my qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology.

A Year later I qualified in Reflexology, and then completed Reiki Master level 3 using Usui Shui Ryoho method of natural healing, trained by Reiki Master Darshna Vader. In 2008 I progressed to adding Indian Head massage to my knowledge base. After four years of hands on experience I decided to take a three year spiritual course which included energetic healing (Manna and Kundalini), mediation, and visualisation.

From 2009 I became a volunteer and then a permanent therapist at the Cherry Lodge Cancer Care Centre in High Barnet. During this twelve year period I became greatly aware of the benefits of reflexology and healing to people and carers whose lives had been touched by cancer.

I am deeply passionate about the work that I do and I love to explore new modalities. I regularly attend a Shamanic workshop with wonderful Masters (Les and Jacci). These workshops enable me to further develop my understanding and love of spirit animals and plants. These teachings have now become a way of life.

I feel privileged and honored to have been guided into such a wonderful life purpose that has brought comfort and healing to many people in times of stress, trauma or emotional upheaval.
